Hi, I am Lisa Horning. I'm the General Counsel at FullBloom, an education services company serving K-12 students across the country. When I joined FullBloom, one of my primary responsibilities was to assist the organization in preparing itself for fast growth and also for the potential of a sale. In order to do that, we needed to make sure that we understood what contracts we had, made sure all of our contracts were in order, and then we could then start teasing out data from our contracts.

We are a very unique organization and our services are relatively complex. At the end of the school year, in June, we start ramping up and have to process probably about 1,200 contracts before the beginning of the next school year. We really needed a search engine that could actually start to understand the concepts that we were looking for in our contracts and not just keywords. We came to learn that AI was the only way we were going to really get the benefits we needed.

We are pushing the gas on Evisort, and it continues to deliver. We were able to better dial in when we needed supplemental resources in our crunch time, and we also could change our workflows and build in efficiencies through those streamlined, sort of low-stakes workflows. But it's actually the connection between the workflow, intake, and the data you can pull out using the AI that really creates a very powerful tool in Evisort. That has been extremely beneficial to our company.
