In today’s world of digital transformation, companies are looking for different ways to approach leveraging their cloud investments. That is why Evisort is proud to announce that customers can now search for and purchase Evisort’s Intelligent Contract Management software through the Microsoft AppSource & Azure Marketplace.

This milestone just goes to show how Evisort is working to deepen its relationship with Microsoft after they participated in their Series B round in February of 2021 after leading Evisort’s Series A less than one year prior. The ability to transact through the Microsoft Marketplace also pushes Evisort towards its goal of making contract intelligence a staple for Azure customers as well as adding another layer to our relationship with Microsoft, who is already an investor, customer, and co-sell partner.

After going through the Microsoft technical review process with the Microsoft Marketplace team, our infrastructure was given the seal of approval to list our offering on the Marketplace. This gives peace of mind to customers who are investing into their Azure presence that Evisort is running its platform with the most stringent software security standards.

One of the biggest barriers when evaluating new technology is the ability to onboard new vendors and agree to new terms and conditions. By buying Evisort through the Marketplace, customers are able to use the same terms that they have already been agreed to with Microsoft. When it comes to the contractual language with Evisort, the customer knows that it is going to be the same language as they have with Microsoft, which helps to fast-track the onboarding process and reduce friction in the buying process.

“As someone who is interacting with customers and prospect on a daily basis, this will make the buying process much simpler. Allowing a company to leverage already allocated Azure spend will help companies get the critical insights they need into their contracts,” says Omar Naguib, customer success manager at Evisort who has helped lead the efforts to secure an Azure Marketplace listing.
