McKesson Digitizes Thousands of Contracts into a Searchable Repository

For Emily Flaugher, Senior Director, Payer Engagement, her primary goal was to digitize and streamline her team’s contract management process to better track and quantify the benefits of their work, both internally and to the thousands of customers McKesson serves across the United States.
