How FullBloom closes more contracts and streamlines workflows with Evisort
FullBloom is a Virginia-based, educational services company that provides educational and behavioral health solutions to hundreds of school districts around the country.
When Lisa Horning started as General Counsel at FullBloom in January of 2020, she faced some time-oriented challenges. She needed to get a handle on thousands of legacy contracts and she needed to do it quickly. In May, right around when schools let out for the summer, FullBloom would start receiving thousands of contract requests for the next calendar year’s services. Many of FullBloom’s clients are local school districts and state and federal agencies, who do not allow for multi-year contracts, so between May and October, Horning and her team would have to process about 1,200 contracts.
In order to be ready for both crunches, Horning knew FullBloom needed a sophisticated, easy- to-implement contract lifecycle management platform that could be launched quickly and help streamline their workflow processes.
