Getting Started with Workflows in Evisort
With Evisort, you can build, scale, and automate contract workflows to streamline your contract lifecycle management processes. Evisort’s workflows empower you to drive faster, more intelligent transactions and contract renewals. From intake, drafting, and redlining, to approving, signing, reporting, and renewing, Evisort’s pre-signature offering ensures contract drafting and signing is as efficient as possible.
The Evisort workflow process encompasses four primary stages: Edit, Review, Sign, Finalize. Let’s take a closer look at each:
Edit
To kick off the workflow process, a user would submit an intake form to create a workflow ticket and submit it for review.
Review
The ticket would then pass through the appropriate review phases. When a phase is activated based on predetermined criteria, the assigned reviewers are notified that they have an item ready for their review. The reviewer would then approve or reject the item as necessary.
Sign
After all reviews are complete, the document would then enter the execution phase. Signatures can be collected electronically via DocuSign, Adobe Sign or via document upload (post-wet signature or other eSignature methods). A combination of the methods can also be used within a single workflow.
Finalize
Once the document has been marked as complete, its status changes to “Done” and the document can be located in the “Done” tab on the tickets dashboard. Tickets with a “Done” status can be accessed after completion to review activity and version history.
