Extracting data from contracts is important, but it’s what you do with that data that really matters.

Evisort offers in-app analytics so you can easily visualize and export contract data, expirations and renewals, as well as contract lifecycle health and productivity. The interactive tables and charts allow you to filter and drill into contracts using dates, contract types, parties, jurisdictions, filenames, and other document data. The platform delivers the data you need when you need it, so you can make the right decisions–fast.

To find this data within Evisort, just navigate to the Insights tab, and you will see:

Documents

This area summarizes and visualizes volume of contracts by parties, execution status, contract type, language, file type, and governing law. This page also provides a simultaneous breakdown of contracts by Payment Terms, Breach Notice Period, and Termination for Convenience Notice Period, and it’s available to Admins and Power Users.

Expirations‍

Here you’ll see a summary and display of upcoming contract renewal notices and upcoming expiration dates, available to Admins and Power Users.

Tickets‍

The tickets dashboard provides data on your active workflow tickets. Here you can easily see current open tickets, their stage and aging reports. This area is visible to Admins for all customers that have Workflow enabled.

Workflows‍

This section displays productivity and throughput metrics for contract lifecycle management workflow, including backlog trends and cycle times.  It’s visible to Admins for all customers that have Workflow enabled.

The Documents and Expirations dashboards exclude duplicates and display only data from the primary document, which is the first uploaded copy of the document.

Within any of these dashboards, you can instantly filter, drill-down, and export the data you are most interested in.
