Riley Hawkins

Vice President, Strategic Consulting

Riley is part of the founding team that started Evisort out of Harvard Law School in 2016. While at Harvard, Riley also founded the school’s first ever Legal Technology Symposium, which brings together leaders in law, technology, and artificial intelligence every year to discuss advancements in Legal Tech. Riley’s experiences working at law firms Robbins Geller, Wilson Sonsini, and Martin Kenney & Co. inspired his vision help companies transform their contracting processes with AI.

Tom Boyd

Director, Strategic Consulting

After graduating from Harvard Law School, Tom returned to Texas where he practiced at a top Big Law firm. After several years practicing law, Tom made the transition to management consulting at Boston Consulting Group advising companies on emerging challenges and how to "future proof" their organizations. Now at Evisort, Tom is happy to continue his work bringing the management of contracts and legal obligations into the 21st century.

Ope’s professional and academic experiences have converged at the intersection of law, technology, and business. Ope graduated from Harvard Law School with a specialization in legal technology and intellectual property law and is a licensed attorney. Her experience includes work in law firms, in-house legal teams in the healthcare and international shipping industries, as well as supply chain management and operations, where she enjoyed brought together process improvements, law, strategy and technology.

Joe Taylor

Managing Director, Financial Solutions

Having spent a few years in public accounting, Joe joined the Interest Rate Derivatives Sales desk at Wells Fargo in 2006. Post the Financial Crisis, Joe was tapped to champion and represent the Front Office within Regulatory Transformation Projects. Taking on growing leadership roles, his contributions spanned Dodd-Frank, Uncleared Margin Regulations, Recovery and Resolution Planning, QFC Recordkeeping, QFC Stay, Stress Testing and finally LIBOR Cessation.

Michael Clegg

Senior Strategic Consultant

After graduating from Stanford Law School, Michael joined Skadden Arps. During his time at Skadden, he worked on several mergers across industries including healthcare, telecommunications, technology, and financial services. He helped prepare senior executives for depositions and testimony in federal investigations. In addition to his legal degree, Michael holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Adam started his career in the US Air Force. Upon completion of his MBA, Adam worked with Fortune 1000 companies to improve their use of technology, solving problems in Contract Analytics, Enterprise Risk, and Internal Controls Strategies. Prior to joining Evisort, Adam held progressive Executive, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Strategy roles at Seal Software (Acquired by Docusign), Stellent (Acquired by Oracle), Openpages (Acquired by IBM), Vignette (IPO then Acquired by OpenText), Accenture, and GE Power Systems.
